We have secured mechanical works for the refurbishing works at the call centres of Everything Everywhere in Darligton, Bristol and Hadfield

G & H have expanded within the site of there existing premises to a further 60% floor area giving the company a new Design and estimating office, brand new modern reception area with  new conference room facilities

G & H Maintenance has also relocated into the ground floor as part of the refurbishment leaving extensive room for expansion in the future

Private offices have also been added for the accounts department and managing director

The above expansion allows the integration of additional new staff into Building Services Maintenance and sustainability

G & H Maintenance have secured the maintenance contract for six  Bourne leisure holiday parks in the North of England and Scotland

The contract commenced in February 2012 and runs for two years with an option for a further third

The contract ensures that all sites will be fully maintained and gas tested prior to the sites opening in mid March

G & H Building services are at present designing the Mechanical & Electrical services for a new cinema for Odeon in LLanelli South Wales.

The installation for a six screen cinema will commence in March with an eighteen week contract

Following on from a busy 2011 G & H Building Services have secured additional works for Kirklees Council, Rotherham United F.C and Yo Sushi Restaurant in Aberdeen and Camden which will ensure 2012 continues to allow the steady growth of the company

Work has commenced on an extention to Whitechappel school in Cleckheaton with full mechanical and electrical services with a completion date of April 2012

G & H Building Services are pleased to have secured  the Mechanical Services for a further Casino for Grosvenor to be fit out at New Brighton,

The project commenced in November with a completion in April 2012

We have also secured the mechanical refurbisgment works to the Mecca Bingo Club at Blackpool The project to commence on 20th February working out of normal hours for a completion in six weeks

G & H Building Services have recruited three apprentices They will attend the Leeds College of Building  two, Danial Kemp and Robbie Long are being trained in the Heating & Ventilation (Industrial& Commercial) and Elliot Bradley is attending the BSE ONC Course. All three will be mentored by our industry training advisers BEST

Neil Stephenson a mechanical craftsman has been successful in winning the Leeds College of Building Heating & Ventilation (Industrial & Commercial) Apprenticeship award and will be presented with his award at the awards ceremony to be held at Leeds Town Hall on 20th October 2011 The company congratulates Neil on his achievement

G & H Building services are pleased to announce that Paul Churchill has joined the company to assist in the Maintenance division initially.

Michaela Walker has also recently joined the company as Admin assistant within the Building Services division

G & H Building Services have secured the Mechanical and Electrical services working for Morgan Sindall at a new Audi Garage in Wakefield.

The contract is worth in excess of £700k and is due for completion in December 2011
